We take these Pro-Biotics mainly with our main meal or when eating a lot of leafy green vegetables. They have worked very well for us over a span of 8 years. There are more strains of intestinal friendly bacteria than in many other Pro-Biotic products you will find in stores today. We highly recommend these over other products.
